1. WHAT LYRA IS (AND IS NOT)

Lyra is a digital wellness application that provides cycle-aware

planning tools, symptom tracking, and AI-supported guidance for

people living with PMDD and related cyclical mood symptoms.

Lyra is NOT:

• A medical device
• A clinical therapy service
• A substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment
• A crisis intervention service

Lyra does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, or clinical

treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please

contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lyra. By using the app,

you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. ACCOUNTS AND BETA ACCESS

Beta access may be limited, reviewed, or changed at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and

for activity that occurs under your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse Lyra, attempt unauthorised access, reverse

engineer the service, or use Lyra in any way that harms other users

or violates applicable law.

5. PARTNER NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable partner notifications, you confirm that you have the

right to share the contact details you provide and that you approve

the messages Lyra sends on your behalf.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Lyra, its branding, software, and content are owned by

kriva.studio / LasyaAitech. You may not reproduce, distribute,

or create derivative works without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kriva.studio and

LasyaAitech are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential

damages arising from your use of Lyra.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lyra

after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
