ENCRYPTION
Data at rest:
Stored data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
Data in transit:
Communication between the Lyra app, website, and our servers uses
modern TLS encryption.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Lyra is built on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls,
monitoring, and regular backups.
We design for reliability and review our systems as the product grows.
AUTHENTICATION
• Accounts are protected by authentication controls
- Passwords are stored using secure hashing, never in plain text
- Session access can be revoked by signing out or deleting your account
DATA MINIMISATION
We collect only what Lyra needs to provide forecasts, tracking, and
personalised support. Partner notifications send only the information
you choose to share.
YOUR CONTROLS
You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app
or by contacting hello@lyra.app.
REPORTING SECURITY ISSUES
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, contact
hello@lyra.app with enough detail for us to investigate.
