Lyra ("we", "our", "us") is operated by kriva.studio, a venture of
LasyaAitech (https://lasyaaitech.com). We are committed to protecting
your privacy, especially given the sensitive nature of menstrual cycle
and mental health data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address (beta sign-up and account creation)
- Daily symptom logs, mood ratings, and cycle notes
- Cycle dates, period history, and luteal phase tracking data
- Partner notification preferences and contact details you choose to add
- Optional context from your beta application (age group, country, PMDD experience)
1.2 Information collected automatically:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Session duration and feature usage (anonymised)
- Crash reports and error logs (no personal data attached)
1.3 Information we do NOT collect:
- We do not collect precise location data
- We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts without permission
- We do not sell your data to advertisers, insurers, or third parties
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Generate cycle forecasts and Hell Week predictions
- Personalise phase-timed support tools and CBT exercises
- Send partner notifications only when you enable and approve them
- Improve Lyra based on anonymised usage patterns
- Respond to support requests
Your symptom and cycle data is used to power your in-app experience.
It is not shared with employers, insurers, or healthcare providers
without your explicit consent.
3. AI PROCESSING
Lyra uses AI services to generate forecasts and personalised guidance.
When you log symptoms or cycle data, the minimum information needed to
produce that response may be processed by our AI providers under their
terms and privacy policies.
We do not send your name, email, or partner contact details to AI
providers for exercise generation.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted
at rest and in transit.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you
delete your account, personal data is permanently deleted within
30 days unless law requires a longer retention period.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for optional features such as partner notifications
